How to use:

• Dip the brush once and apply to the skin along the upper lash line on both eyes.
• Do not wash off.
• Allow to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products.

Don’t apply to the lower lash line.

Use twice daily, AM and PM, on clean, dry skin.
